Location and least expensive room for the night.
Rooms are very small and bed is not very good. Room had an odor. Price was 20% higher than prior year's stay.

Booked on-line and it was convenient and the cheapest motel around. Good value! Nice selection of breakfasts. We stayed twice within a week. First time was very nice. Second booking wasn't so good.
Assigned a non-smoking room but it was smelled very bad. Receptionist re-assigned us and the second room was better, but stilled smelled smokey. Bathtub floor was disgustingly stained and dirty! Queen bed was uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy and thin.

This place had a room with a jacuzzi, a great location, and a good restaurant nearby within a short walk.

Good location, cheap.
Cheap because they haven't put a dollar into maintenance in 20 years. TV is shockingly painful to use - extremely slow and no guide.
